Senior Software Developer

We are looking for "A Best Athlete" type candidate. That candidate does not need to meet any single criteria (unless noted below) but must be able to meet the majority and be considered strong in most.

Education

Minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent from middle to upper tier University required. Degree should have a strong engineering or software emphasis. Advanced or graduate degree a plus.

Work Experience

Minimum of three to four years of direct Client Server/N-Tier programming/coding in C/C++ or 4GL experience required. Experience with the Windows SDK highly desired. Preferred development environments/tools:SQL Windows or Visual C++. Database and strong SQL experience required. Oracle and SQL Server preferred. Web experience a plus, ASP and other Web tools desired. Experience in the design and coding of Web server side database applications a plus.

Hands on lead position, candidate must possess the ability to design full life cycle complex solutions and code to completion.

Good communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to work closely with teammates are essential.
